I first read the book when I was a senior in high school. As soon as I started reading it, I fell in love with it immediately. I first checked it out from my school's library, but then later bought a copy of my own to keep forever. Colleen Houck is truly an amazing writer for her use of Indian mythology into creating one of the most beautiful stories I have ever read. Really enjoyed most of this book. Towards the end, Kelsey really becomes
irritating. She behaved a lot like Bella from Twilight - very self deprecating.

This series kept flying off the shelves with a certain group of girls, so I finally decided to check it out. I really loved this first book.
I am so glad that a co-worker, who has read the first three series books twice, gave me her copy of Tiger's Curse to read. Read the first nine chapters the day I received the book and returned my friend's copy to her the next day. Why - because I went directly to B&N and bought my own copies of the first three books! Author Colleen Houck writes with such emotion with plenty of details through heroine Kelsey's POV. Love the descriptions of India and the story is full with a great storyline and am

WOW! I can't think of anything else to say about this book but, WOW. Ren almost seems to good to be true. The way the character treats Kelsey in this book would make any girl's heart just melt! 5-28-12 I just finished rereading this book while waiting for the next one in the series to be released.
