But unlike Chris Merit, he has yet to find his Sara, his reason for going on, his heart. Mark lost that, and he is NEVER getting it back. Enter Crystal Smith, the woman who shatters his control, and is slowly digging her way into his heart, or what’s left of his heart anyway.

I believe MY CONTROL is the start of Mark’s journey to finding the MASTER in himself again. He has already proved that he can’t do it alone. To his surprise, the woman who shakes his control, is the one woman who will help him get it back.

I don’t know if I have ever been more addicted to a series in my life. Lisa Renee Jones is my hero. With the Inside Out Series, Ms. Jones has taken me on so many journeys and so many suspenseful, sexy, and thrilling whirlwinds, that I just never want it to end. I will ALWAYS crave these characters! But when it does get to a point when the journey finally ends, I will be devastated. But even though the story is finished, the characters and their stories will always have a place in my heart. They will always be there, and NEVER forgotten.

Oh. My. Gawd!
I want more Mark Compton! Seriously!
I didn't even know I liked Mark until I started reading the novellas from Mark POV (point of view)
Lisa Renee Jones is magic with words ... Mark was a mystery, an intriguing, maddening, sexy mystery in the INSIDE OUT series
My Control is part 3 (after Master Undone and My Hunger)
this novella takes us deeper into Mark's story ... and Crystal's.

OMG, I was so excited when I got an ARC of this book, I just finished reading No In Between, when I received this one, I immediately started this book next. My Control is a novella written in Mark’s point of view. I would recommend that you read the other books in this series before reading this one; you really need to read them in order because they build off each book.

Another in between novella leading up to the last novel (Soon!! Nov 18) and the final installment in the Inside Out series.
We get to follow Mark and the demons hounding him, the guilt over failing Rebecca, over friending Ava & Ryan and the determination of making them pay.
We also get to see Crystal and how much she wants to help him.
A great appetizer that makes me so much more ready for I Belong to You!!
Quick, short read with a fast pace and suspense.

In this Novella we get answers to some of the questions No In Between left us with. Not all, but some.

We also get to see Mark unraveling even more, and there seems to only be one person through this that seems to really be helping him, and he's pushing her away.

To me this is a must read novella, because it helps to answer a few things that have taken place throughout the series.

I loved it!! Mark continues to struggle with the weight of the guilt he feels over everything. He has lost the control that is so ingrained in his character and he's spinning out of control. Crystal seems to be the only person who can reach him. I love how fearlessly Crystal throws herself into Mark's life, even when he's determined to push her away. This is an excellent written story by the author about The Master, Mr. Mark Compton. Every character plays a very important role in bringing the story together. I love the action and suspense although the cliff hangers are making me anxious for the next book. Totally worth reading this book as well as the entire series. I gave this book a 5 star rating.
