I was given this book for my honest opinion:

I adored this book. I love Mark from all the Inside Out series books. He is such an interesting and complicated character but one who is so much more than the surface. Crystal is the perfect woman for him, one that won't back down, won't let him withdraw and is in some ways just as messed up as he is. She is his equal but still soft and tender.

Still reeling from Rebecca's disappearance and supposed death, Mark Compton has tried to keep his composure in the face of such adversity. He hates the fact that someone has taken Rebecca away from him. Jealousy makes a person do odd things, a fact he knows quite well. He blames himself for what's happened, and wishes he could change the circumstances that now surround him.

Crystal Smith, his one saving grace, has done her best to keep him grounded to the world around him. Deep inside, he finds it disturbing that she invokes so much emotion within him. So much so, that he sometimes feels he's losing control of the facade he's created for himself for such a long time.

Determined in holding on to who he was and still is, Mark begins to set up boundaries between himself and Crystal. Boundaries he hopes will help him overcome the stirrings of his own heart. As each day passes, Crystal begins to delve deeper in the man beneath his cold exterior. Part of him wants to remain cold and aloof. To let Crystal believe he's nothing like the man she thinks he is.

As his facade begins to crack around her, Mark soon realizes that the changes occurring left and right will happen no matter what comes his way. If he's to succeed in holding on to what he loves the most, he must meet the chaos head on. Rebecca's memory must be upheld. To do that, he'll need to sink to a level he never thought possible. The question is, will he able to bear what's surely headed his way when the time comes?

Another great addition to the Inside Out series, I Belong To You doesn't disappoint. We delve deeper into Mark's secrets and get to see the man behind his closely guarded facade. It's refreshing to see his vulnerabilities come to light, though he does his best to hide them. Crystal complements his hardened exterior, and loves him no matter what comes their way. I look forward to seeing the final closure to Rebecca's chapter. It's a shame what's happened to her, and hope Ava finally gets her due. ...more

I love the Inside Out series and I loved this story. Mark and Crystal are really wonderful together. The suspense had me on the edge of my seat. I had been looking forward to this installment in the series and I definitely was not disappointed.

I highly recommend the Inside Out series and this book.
