I think that my take on this book and soon book 3, will greatly be affected by the fact that I read book 2 first. And "The Golden Dynasty" I love.
This book still, once I was able to really get into the story, is a really good feel good (at times) heartbreaking in others and all out sexy and romantic read. You will love Frey Drakkar and Finnie together.
And you will just love Frey period.

I think I enjoyed this more the second time around than the first. Thanks for the BR L and S. On to The Golden Dynasty.
Kristen Ashley has done it again. Of course this is a bit of a departure from the other books that I have read by her, but it was just as good as the other.

omg , this book ! again , this review might be a bit spoilerish , so stop reading if you haven't read it yet .
wow the first part of the book when finnie enters her new world and frey treats her the way she does 👀 she is so amazing , doing what she did in her surroundings in one day ! and they way she just went out made the best if life and made friends and the reason he treats her that way !👀 and then the adventures they go on together , and how she is with every one ... i think what happened to ...more
