**2.5 Meh Stars**
To say I'm disappointed in this book...would be an understatement. I think, having read all the Assassin/Shifter series and loving them, put my standards high for this book.
The problem, you ask?? Cramping a life time worth of a story into 217 pages, to me...is a BIG no, no!! Seriously people, (view spoiler) It was just too much happening...all conveniently shoved into little scenes, with space ...more

Well, finally some original story during this period of the assassins-shifters world.(^_^;)>
and backed to mortal guys (laugh).
This book is about the -how come- of Stefan Santorno & Jordan Youngblood.
The story is good and all characters are great.
You may feel..wow..what a fast pace!! (cause I did too) but you will got the answer why at the end.
I'm happy to be able to access to almost of the main events in this couple life.
However, I felt the seams during the events were not that smooth.

Thank you Sandrine Gasq-Dion for giving us another magnificently entertaining memorial story. The relationship between Stefan and Jordan was incredible. Their love started out with a few twists and turns. A few misunderstandings and a need for a little space. Their chemistry however could not be denied. Stefan's father plays a major part in the story between them as they continue to try and keep each other alive throughout the whole book. This is a terrifically written story where they laugh, lo

It was a decent book and I did enjoy. One thing I would very much like to say is that as a nurse if a physician ever spoke to me like Jordan did, I would tell him to take his stethoscope and shove it up his ass. Nurses are professionals in their own right and we are not doctors' servants or secretaries.

FINALLY!!!! I couldn't wait for this one! All of us that supported Sandy on LRO were anxiously awaiting the arrival of this book and Sandy DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! As always, she kept true to the guys we know and love and I for one can't wait for the rest of the books to start coming out! Brava lady! Keep your head up!
