I knew that the runaways in this series had it rough, but getting Gemma's story broke my heart, and I feel like the worst is going to come from Katherine's story for some reason. I'm expected to get gutted from that one.

What was supposed to be a road trip turns into something more when Gemma finds herself making a detour on her way to California. I love this story!! Wild Highway is a standalone story but Gemma Lane was introduced in Runaway Road. It is her turn to take the wheel of the Cadillac and hit the road heading for California, but decided to make a pit stop.
