"Beautifully Cruel"
series. Tru, a law student who works at a diner to pay the bills. For the last eleven months a mysterious stranger has been frequenting the diner and she isn't sure what to make of him. Huge nope from me. I’ve read and enjoyed other books from this author but this one was a no from the start for me. I just found the writing (and the h) immature and ridiculous. Constant references to “the wolf” and conversations with her friend/coworker that were so beyond stupid I could not even believe these ladies were supposed to be adults?!

Loved it!! I haven’t read this author in a while but I loved the writing, the pace, the characters, the storyline...everything was on point. Liam is a possessive, alpha hero and Tru was the kind of heroine I love to read about. She was smart, sassy and had a backbone. This book was remarkable and I’m so glad I read it!!
