4.5 Stars. This is a “brother’s best friend” type trope, but it’s also a lot more than that as we continue to have the warrior fight club (and more of it in this installment) for helping former military members deal with the after effects of war and injuries. I’m this case Billy has burn injuries and survivor’s guilt, but Shayna has some survivor’s guilt of her own. Overall, I liked the friendship and slower burn build to this story. This is the second book in the Warrior Fight Club series. You can read them as stand alones. But both have been very good reads.

This is Billy’s book.

Billy was a Ranger until a trap left a lot of his unit dead, and left him scarred pretty bad from the fire and explosion they were in. He’s still has survivor’s guilt. That’s where Warrior Fight Club comes in. It helps him get the voices out of his head.
