This had some flaws.

The start was pretty bumpy and I thought for sure I was going to have to throw in the towel, but then it kinda found its groove and I was in to it.

Overall I found it cute and I was entertained.

DNF !! I stopped caring about 5 chapters ago !! Ugh I wished I loved it more because this couple is fire !!

They are the ideal but it just didn’t have enough angst or drama for me. I feel like this is actually my fault because I only read about teenage LGBTQIA couples and they are all drama. Heavy on the trigger warnings and doubled up on shenanigans!!

So when this only had mild drama it was a meh for me !! I will not be continuing this series even though the book is well written and the narrators ...more

When you need a low angst book that keeps you happily flipping pages with a smile on your face, this is it. The pacing is engaging, the dialogue snappy and the emotions expected.
Maddox’s deepening sexual awareness was believable and interesting, not too quick or too slow and definitely not preachy with author agenda. I liked this story of falling in love with a person that you didn't expect.

Maddox is a playboy all the way. He doesn't do commitment. He has gone as far as lying to his entire town about his sexuality to get out of a relationship. Now we find him trying to come to terms with who he is on a sexual level.
