3 1/2 Not as golden as I really wanted them to be stars.

Ok, where do I begin. I don't know, so I'll start with- It took forever to get the ball rolling in this book. I almost gave up, but I just couldn't because KA has never really let me down before and I believe in her. I'm happy I pushed through to the end, because KA came through. The second half was pretty good, but until about 65% through, I was struggling. I had three other big problems with this one. Number one- Layne. I did not like him ...more

I wish I hadn't done a re-read. See, I loved this the first time round, the KA stars in my eyes dazzled out just how much of a fidiot Rocky actually is and how her asinine actions were glossed over and brushed away by the author instead of being addressed. And so for that, as much as I loved Tanner I'm downgrading my rating from 5 to 3 stars because I really can't be doing with TSTL h's that really need to grovel. ...more
