This was my third book that I have read by this author and my favorite of the three.
I shouldn't have paid so much attention to the bloggers because all of the 6+ stars and EPIC postings made me go in expecting EPIC. Where do I begin? I am a HUGE baseball fan (thanks, Dad) so I loved all the baseball references. There were a lot of curveballs that I never saw coming but Alessandre Torre made it work.
I don't like baseball because I don't understand how it plays out. I never understood what the buzzwas aboutthis particular sport. Fans go to the stadium and sit there for how many innings it will take and eat hotdogs and drink beer throughout the game.

I loved this book! I wasn't sure what I was getting into with this book. And I had read that it had things in it that I would've sworn I hated reading about, but I dove into it anyway because I love Alessandra Torre and everything she writes. The story starts out with a young girl named Ty who is being raised by a single father who is a Major League Baseball player. She travels with team and is a ball girl for them.
