What Members Thought
Nothing was really wrong with this book, I just found it boring. And honestly I herbsed the last 40% or so. I didn't really care about the characters by the end. I'm so not Catholic I couldn't relate to Tyler, or his guilt or his ideology or why he would even be a priest. And I found Poppy to be so perfect and idealized as to seem kinda fake or like a parody of a person. Like she was pretty, smart, white and privileged and her shame was she liked kinky sex.
