In this addition to Reid/Cage family saga, we get much the same as the other books in the Corps Security series. While all of the stories had a somewhat predictable-ness to them, they do suck you in, and all have been enjoyable to read. So, was this a completely different journey, no not really, but it was still fun to read. The over the top alpha males and the crazy drama where the perfect woman in under siege is what this author seems to really enjoy, if that is the theme ...more

4.5 stars!! I love this author and the CS series so I was all over this one. Cohen Cage did not disappoint! It had everything I look for in a book to make me want to sink my teeth into and go along for the ride. This one didn't have a ton of angst, there were more suspenseful aspects to it. I really enjoyed Cohen and Dani's story!!

We first me Cohen Cage in the Security Corps Series (Cage). After reading this book, I don't think that it is absolutely necessary to read that series first, although I have no idea why you wouldn't read it, just for the pure joy it will bring you, but whatever. I will say this, a lot of the characters that we love from that series, will make an appearance (or more) in this book. So, really if you want to get the full on Corps Security experience, you should check out that series first. Trust me

This is a spin-off of the Corps Security series. It may be read as a standalone, but I suggest reading the Corps Series. All the characters we fell in love with are in this book. Knowing the guys and gals from Corps helps to understand Cohen and Dani's relationship. The main characters are the children of our beloved Corps family.
Dani is Axel Reid's baby girl, at least she will always be his little girl to him. Dani is all grown up now. How does the alpha man, Axel deal with it?

The minute I learnt Cohen was getting his own book as a adult I was so so excited ..... And in true Harper style this book rocked .... I loved every word .....
It was jam packed with drama, love, suspense and raw heated passion ..... We got to see the whole corps family all grown up .....
I couldn't of picked a better fate for Cohen than the one and only 'little princess' Dani Reid.....
This book made me laugh, smile and tear up as the rocky road to a happy ever after is never easy especially whe ...more
