I acquired “The Bright Silver Star” years before being aware new releases had become plugged into series. Standalone gothics were the popular norm until 1990. When I realized I could acquaint Desiree and Mitch two novels earlier, I was sure to collect them. Their bright covers must not be confused with the ‘cozy’ genre.
