Mr. Burton needs to stick with acting.
Unlike most of the books my book club has read, this was a quick read. I think there was a bit too much repetition in the writing. It also became a bit too melodramatic towards the end for my taste. Also, I don't think Burton knows where UGA is as he had a character working there but living in Atlanta. While possible, I don't think it feasible for a single dad who is active in his child's life. Did he really want to be a 90-minute drive away should she get sick or injured at school?
