I utterly adored this book.
It was the perfect blend between fantasy, romance and comedy. T Kingfisher yet again never fails to deliver on exactly what your wanting from their books.
Despite the fact the book was quite limited in scope, most of it spent travelling along the same paths over and over, it didn't feel that way. A true 5🌟 for me!!
I truly, truly enjoyed this from cover to cover. From smiling like an idiot at the two fumbling bumbling main characters (yes, both of them, but in very different ways) to being drawn into the fantastical world, it was a joy to read.
T Kingfisher's story telling and descriptors are such an experience, I feel lucky to have stumbled on! I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to her worlds in the near future, I must know more! ...more
