OKAY HEAR ME OUT!! I KNOW THIS IS CONTROVERSIAL, BUT I JUST DIDN'T CONNECT WITH THIS BOOK. It just feels like a 2.75 stars. like if it wasn't for Jase, I think I would have DNF'ed the book ages ago. I was still wanting to DNF the book with 20 pages left. But also....I want to read the next book? It's such a weird feeling. I honestly don't actually know what kept me reading the book, and when I think back to me reading it, I can't actually really think of a plot. I was so confused? and I ...more

Ok but like? This was so good?
This book was GOOD. Not 5 star good, but really really good. The enemies to lovers in this was AMAZING a bit rushed, but AMAZING.
The characters were well written and had a lot of interesting histories and backstories. Kazi was my favorite (duh) and Wren, Synové, and Kazi’s friendship/found family was beautiful.
The only thing I could think about for roughly the last 150 pages was “Now THIS is well written good ol’ female rage feels like” because MAN it was good. Sy ...more
