I enjoyed the rest of the series, but this one not so much. I had so many problems with America as a main character. It was ridiculous. She made so many dumb mistakes. Even with all of the issues I had with the book, I still enjoyed being back in the setting of Illya (probably spelled that wrong.)

One of the reasons why I loved reading the "The Selection" series was because of the length of the reading. It was short and concise but was able to give the readers just enough. I loved the story, I loved the characters, I LOVED the covers, I loved the details, I pretty much loved it all.

Until the last parts of this book.

An amazing end to the trilogy! Just wow. I laughed, cried, cried some more and rooted for America and Maxon until my heart hurt.

What an ending. It was quite simply perfect. I couldn't have imagined it any other way.
