I really tried to like it, I really did, but the thing that got me excited about The Selection was completely lost on me. I was immensely disappointed by The Elite and I kind of expected too much from The One. There are just so many scenes that made my eyes roll so bad. There are parts that are too unnecessary or are too misplaced that I cringe every single time. I also had serious thoughts if I should finish it, but to give it at least the justice it deserves, I finished it.

Glad that Maxon got a happy ending. Not a fan of America at all. There are some good qualities to her, but I don't know. She just doesn't seem like a strong heroine or anything to me. Glad that Celeste became a nicer person. Also glad that Aspen and Lucy got together. It was interesting to discover that America's father was a Nothern Rebel. Will probably read the next part to see if the new characters are appealing.

A great ending to America's story. So much happens in this book, there were so many ups and downs and twists and turns, that I wasn't sure what was going to happen. America did several things that I thought were foolish, but at the same time I could understand why she did them. I was so sad about several several events that happened, though I can't mention specifics or it could spoil the story. Me gusto mucho está trilogía!!!!
Es un mundo distópico y par ser honesta tenía un poco de miedo de meterme otra vez en un de estos después de Divergente..... pero este me encantó! La trama está más focalizada en la historia romántica y las disputas políticas y los secretos de la historia del país y las castas se va descubriendo de a poco a medida que Maxon toma conocimiento de todo esto en la historia.

When I started reading this series I liked it but by the last book I'd become a little bit smitten with this love story. The characters were all strong from America to the maids. I did get frustrated near the end wishing they'd just admit that they loved each other! Really glad I decided to read them.

The Selection made me grin, laugh, bawl, scream & it has absolutely changed my whole life. You might find it cheesy, too overrated and stupid but *rolls eyes* EXCUSE ME YOUR OPINION IS ACTUALLY NOT TRUE, it was just wonderstrucking and perfect and it's what every girl needs to read.
