John Green really knows how to write a heart wrenching ending. It's how he basically ends all of his books, Paper Towns being no exception.
I really liked Q and all his friends, and the idea of Margo Roth Spiegelman and how everyone had their own idea, but none were the real her. She lived to fit into people's expectations of her, but all she wanted was to be free. I think that's beautiful and sad.
This wasn't my favorite John Green book, but it was definitely amazing and such a good read. ...more

I'll upload a review in the next few days.. I think I'll give it 4.5 stars , but maybe it will change.

This was the second John Green book that I have read and while I feel that his plot lines and characters are rich, he seems to be repeating them over and over and over again, for example, take the relationship between Margo and Quentin from this book and compare it to that of Augustus and Hazel from TFioS. They're both teenage pairings, both with people suffering, both they spend some time together then they just don't all of a sudden... See it now? The fact that John Green is writing all these

...how do people like this book. I wanted to like it. I really did. While I was reading, I was like, wow this is really good. Then, the ending????????????????????????????????????? It was like reading the book just wasted everyone's time. Me and the characters. I just....ugh. Very dumb. I hate Margot. It was my first John Green book so I was fairly disappointed.
Update July 2014:
I increased it to 2 stars because it didn't necessarily deserve just one. ...more
