I think there is a lot more to this book than just a Christmas Story. I think this might be one of Dickens best books. I think there is a lot more to explore in the way of a political allegory. I listened to it about 3 or 4 times over and over during the month of December and also studies Hamlet. I want to do it again next year. Want to read the Rape of the Lock...which was referenced in the story.
