I loved it!!!!! So much! So comfy, so witty, feels like a warm summer breeze or a really fluffy stack of pancakes with maple syrup. Loved how the friendships developed, loved how naturally it all worked between Daphne and Miles, loved the scenery, cute little town, loved her job in the library, Ashleigh is a legend, all the characters are legends, loved how she got everyone coffee every morning - it’s just the perfect summer book. Emily Henry never fails me.
God I love her books.
I wrecked my sleep schedule for this… who cares about exams when I can pretend I live in Lake Michigan…
Peter and Petra got what they deserved. I need a Miles. Ashleigh was fabulous. Julia made me laugh. Daphne was a great main character. She gave mc vibes but slightly subdued. I loved it. All of it.
