My favourite Miss Marple. Whilst reading as a cozy, chatty memoir, Christie builds in an unsettling feeling of normality skewed, where distrust becomes the norm and neighbour suspects neighbour. Agatha Christie always tells a wonderful tale! Her characters come to life once more in this small town, poisoned pen story. Miss Jane Marple again uses her knowledge of human nature to bring a killer to justice.
