I was terrified to read this book. Coming into it all I knew was that there was a possibility that Logan was in love with Sam and it could tear Sam and Mason apart. For that reason alone, I didn't pick this book up. It took me almost two years before I was able to forget the aforementioned potential story twist and when I did you can bet I gobbled it up quick!

Wow! Can't wait for the next and final book.

This book reinforced my love of Mason. I love Logan too but Mason is my favorite. He is Alpha to Logan's Beta. The way Sam and Mason love each other is so intense. Mason is the man.

I purposely read this one just before Fallen Crest University was planned to be released, knowing that, with the predictable love triangle to look forward to, it wouldn't be able to keep my interest.

Aaand I was right. Honestly, I could've just skipped this one. Nothing of importance happened in the entire book, and everything you might need to know to start FC5 can be found in the last two chapters. Or you could just look it up online.

Honestly, I knew what to expect from this one, so I'm not at I purposely read this one just before Fallen Crest University was planned to be released, knowing that, with the predictable love triangle to look forward to, it wouldn't be able to keep my interest.

Honestly, I knew what to expect from this one, so I'm not at all surprised. Though, my expectations do not take away from the disappointment I feel. Fallen Crest High is one of my favourite books out there, and that is the only reason I've stuck by this series.

When I look at FCH and other 'old' books by Tijan, such as Sentiment Lost and A Whole New Crowd (the original version, the revised one sucks as well), I see so much potential and I can still see why I fell in love with her writing. Now, not so much.

At first, I thouhgt it's be okay. That maybe Fallen Crest Family was a lapse in judgement and that this was made apparent by how many times Tijan re-wrote it. Fallen Crest Public seemed to start off wel, with Sam getting some of her spunk back, though it was still pretty lame compared to the Sam we got to know and love in the first book. And then she had to come and introduce us to the inevitable love triangle.

Or is it a love hexagon by now? Seeing as everyone seems to fall in love with Samantha, which is apparently a 'thing' in young adult and new adult novels nowadays.

At least in the previous books there was something to be told, there was a story you could enjoy. That story was seriously lacking in this one. I understand what it feels like to miss someone, to want to be with them but not being able to and how that inability to do anything about that hurts.
But this book was a chance for Tijan to show us that there doesn't always have to be a hero, that Sam is able to grow up and just grow as a person. To be strong, to be independent, to finally be something else than 'Mason and Logan's sister' or just the 'little Kade'.

This book could've given her the chance to be Samantha, awesome runner who doesn't fall apart at every change in her life. She could've taken the opportunity of Mason's absence at made something of herself and come out stronger. Someone Mason could rely on, be proud of and, as Mason mentioned in the book, to be his rock so her doesn't always have to be hers.

I wanted this book to give her a chance to go back to the old, spunky, IDGAF Sam and to, basically, not suck.

Another exceptional read by Tijan. This is another great read in this series. Mason, Logan, and Sam have been through alot in the time that they have been together. But now Mason is off to college at Cain University while Logan and Sam both have another year of high school left in Fallen Crest. Tate left a time bomb at the last book when she told Sam that Logan loved her. It has festered and rotted alittle inside Sam and she fears of losing both Mason and Logan. Now, this is the Sam I fell in girl crush at the beginning of this series. Yup, she is back!
Cliffhanger.....but very smooth Tijan, very smooth...nicely done.ending in a natural way but still throwing the bait..

This installment in the Fallen Crest Series was absolutely amazing! Tijan did a wonderful job expressing the emotions of the characters and making sure the readers felt them too. Suspense filled the entire book! Honestly, this book is definitely my favorite in the series! READ IT!!!!!!
