Ryan's Bed by Tijan is stunning. It's gripping, real, and raw. The depiction of loss and the effects it has on both an individual and the family are meticulous, as are how those in the friends and acquaintance circle may react. And in true Tijan fashion, she also manages to entertain the reader. She had me by the feels, and heart and head. There’s just something about Ryan’s Bed
I started reading this as one of Tijan’s WattPad submissions and couldn’t wait to read more.
Ryan’s Bed was nothing like what I’d expect from one of Tijan’s books and yet everything I’d expect from one of her books. Maybe it’s just in the way I FELT all the emotions of Mackenzie through the words I read. I was twisted up in all sorts of balls of emotion.
