Shelves: shifters, audio-book, pnr, 2016
I saw this book show up on my library's site and remembered it all over my feed when it came out. So I thought WTH why not grab it. I was so so when I first started listening to it, was cooking so let it go. I was a bit surprised when all of a sudden they were talking about shifters. I didn't read the blurb at all and from the cover and title thought it was a NA. I tend to like shifter books, but just didn't expect it. That will teach me to not read the book's blurb before reading it.

What a great book!!! Though OMG!!!! I love werewolves I always have, ever since Buffy The Vampire Slayer & Oz came into my life in high school.. Then it just grew from there!! Team Jacob when I read Twilight.. Loved Alicide when I read Sookie Stackhouse.. Obsessed with everything Mercy Thompson... & Anna and Charles...Shiver is one of my favorite books too.. So you get it I love werewolves, or should I shay Shifters.. In this world werewolves aren't a thing they are Shifters. They are not a slav ...more

Oh yeah, it was good- hot too- a little too many surprises at the beginning but it's book one- world building and all that- setting the groundwork for rest of the series. I freakin' love Prince
