This book is now part of my Roman Empire. I’ve been finished with the audiobook for hours, and I just now am able to form words on my thoughts. I’m going to be stewing on this book for weeks. It wasn’t as dark as I anticipated, especially after people compared it to B&B, but I didn’t mind that truthfully. It was also very plot driven, rather than being focused on the smut. First, lemme just say that Josh is absolutely adorable, I loved his character and his interactions with Fred 🐈⬛ were the absolute best. 😂
Second, hot golden retriever masked stalker with dark tendencies, goofiness and a love for a cat that he treats like his own son? YES PLEASE!
I enjoyed the book a lot, but that being said, it definitely did not need 400+ pages.
It started to drag for me a little by the end of it, almost every chapter was 40mins to 1hr long as well.
