5 stars not so much for storyline but for completely understanding dogs!
So emotional so many times. Dogs are the best.

Ok, what I like here:
+1 star The perspective of the DOG!
-1 star I can't help cringeing with all the Mommy/Daddy of the Doggie. I'm not criticising anyone about it and I can see how people might love phrasing it like that but I don't like biologically impossible things. And I can't help thinking that this attitude could be unhealthy (maybe?)
-1 star: Some of the things feel to be a bit off about the perspective of the dog, I think. I might be wrong about it since I've never been a dog.

This is light, fluffy reading. I finished this book in two days. If you're looking for a deep, intellectually stimulating read filled with metaphors and deeper meanings, this is not the book to read. This is the type of book you read on vacation or when you had a bad day and want an easy, light-hearted book to lighten your mood. Any dog lover will enjoy this tender tale.
