Why did I seriously wait for movie to be advertised before reading this? It was awesome! I thoroughly loved the world building and characters in this book. I am so glad I have the next two books on my bookshelf to get to very soon. The world building and plot was so intriguing and an amazing concept and the author hit a home run with these characters! So enjoyable.

My quick and simple overall: fun and exciting read!

I enjoyed this book. I have read a lot of horrifying reviews but they seem pretty baseless and geared more toward personal preference. These books were written for teenagers, not adults. The thought process of a teen is drastically different. Their decisions are more basic and hormonal rather than systematic. I thought the plot was pretty tight and the characters were realistic. It was a good start to what I hope will be a good story. Looking forward to starting book2.

What - Dystopian society where kids have super powers and are in concentration camps

X meets Y - Lord of the Flies meets some road trip book

Who likes - people that like YA, dystopia and scifi

Cons: I didn't really believe how well adjusted and knowledgeable the kids were. It seemed like they should have been less well educated and certainly
