Is this novel without flaws? No. Do I care? No.

I’m a purposefully slow reader. I like to go back and reread passages that take on a new meaning as the plot unfolds. I reread sentences and paragraphs that I find lyrically charming, imaginatively descriptive. Books to me are like a summer teen romance: our relationship is short-lived, and so I want to draw it out and savor each morsel of it until its inevitable end. Not so with this book. one of the best books I've read in a long time! Each chapter left me itching to reach the next! I loved how the chapters went back and forth between characters and I was trying to figure it out all the way through. Took me until the last 100 pages to put it altogether! So well written!
