Well, I finished just under 200 pages. I borrowed it from the library and it gets returned today. I'm not upset about the fact that I didn't finish it. More to the point, I wondered why I started it. I love to read books from this era , but was not thrilled with this book. I started to stress that I wouldn't be able to finish it in time, and then realized I didn't much care if I did. Oh well. This could be my loss. ...more
