This book deserves every award it's been given.
A beautiful story about two exceptional children who navigate their way through a war. The intimacy of the view they have is so touching.
Marie-Laure's father is such a special character and watching him protect her while giving her the tools to survive brings tears to your eyes.

Achingly beautiful writing blended with a page-turning story. What's not to love?
