This book is about people who treasure books, love to read books, love to get lost in books, love hard-bound books, love to carry a book with them whereever they go, love to have a house full of books, and love to get lost in books. I enjoyed reading about characters as neurotic as myself about books! I found this book to be very enchanting. It held my interest the whole time. What a fun imaginative book. Who hasn't wanted a wonderful story they are reading come to life? That is just what happens in this book when Meggie's father has the power to read to life the characters in books. However, what comes out isn't always pleasant, and can make for a great page turning thriller. A great book for 8 and above! ...more
