First time for everything. I can see why this series is so loved. Well deserving of all the stars. The movie did a good job of following the book, but as most things go the book just added so much. Magical.

Just as good 13 years later, and Kylie loved it too. We watched the movie as soon as we finished listening to the book and she loved that as well.

Shelves: ya, fantasy

I am finally doing a reread of the Harry Potter books after years of telling myself I needed to. I think I found myself a little concerned that it wouldn't quite be the same after so much time.

The magic is still definitely alive. Dipping my toes back into Rowling's wonderful world is just as exciting as it was all those years ago.

I read this one, but I think I am going to be listening to the others, read by the always-brilliant Stephen Fry! Next up, Chamber of Secrets! ...more
