I enjoyed this one. There was lots of action, some suspense, really great sexy times and a HEA. I enjoyed seeing the Kelly Family together. I read the first book in the series previously but I must admit I don't remember a ton about it. That didn't take away from this story at all though, so it could be read as a standalone.

Sophie was a badass, loved how fierce she was in trying to make a better life for her kid. And Sam, whew, some of those sex scenes were just...yeah. But, I wanted to kick him

What a difference a book makes! I was hesitant to read this second book in the KGI series. The first book did not wow me and left me wondering if I wanted to start this series. I am glad that I did continue, because this one was much better.

Sam and his brothers were on a mission in Mexico working undercover to confiscate an arms shipment when Sam met Sophie. Their encounters made them both wanting more. Little did Sam know that Sophia was the daughter of Alex Mouton who is at the top of the mos

#2 KGI

Sam Kelly & Sophie Lundgren

Sam and Sophie meet while he's on a covert mission in Mexico, and although they are not totally honest about who they really are and both know it has to be a temporary fling, they make a deep connection during their stolen moments and find it hard to say goodbye when it's time for them to part. Five months later Sophie, who has been on the run, tracks down Sam and asks for his help and protection, even though she knows he will hate he

Brief Review
What an action packed book! Sophie comes from a cruel world—one in which she is mercilessly used by her father to lure in former operative and head of KGI, Sam Kelly. They have a little fling – no questions asked, no promises made …just a little hook up on the side. Real life soon returns though and Sophie finds herself in a lot of trouble. She’s pregnant and on the run. Sam is her only hope. After Sam’s mission fails, he returns home disgus

#2 in the KGI romantic suspense series

I like this series, although I think the books are a little short, with not enough back story to really want me to get involved with the characters. This book was a bit disconcerting because we begin with a sex scene between Sam (the oldest Kelly brother) and Sophie, an unknown character. Then we jump to present day and things begin to make sense as she faces danger and adventure, making her way to find Sam to (hopefully) get his protection. The KGI team goe
