oh my god. i don’t know what it is about this series but i literally cannot put these books down. i swear it has crack in it or something. i read this in two days. i can’t wait to read the third book but also don’t want the series to end.

i have no words. this is a book that keeps you staring at the ceiling hours after you’ve finished it.
poor pip has been through so much, she deserves the best, i hope she’s gonna take care of herself in the 3rd book :(

A sequel that's just as 'good' as the first one...that's hard to come by! But Holly Jackson has done it. And I sure hope that the third one will do it again.

I think that I found the personal relationship to the case that Ravi had last time and building tension between Pip and Ravi is more entertaining. im so glad i started this series because both of these books so far have been 5 stars!!! i loved pip & ravi so much and felt so deeply for connor and his family ): also stanley 💔 i really enjoyed how pip was investigating in real time in this book and it was both interesting and sad to watch her spiral and sort of lose herself. but i think i liked this one even more than the first one! can’t wait to read the 3rd!
This book was LITERAL perfection, i loved the atmosphere, how their emotions seemed so realistic and that of a teenagers. I certainly did not expect so much from a book but this was like eating the most perfect dessert after an amazing meal (agggtm).
it is as good as the first book i love it!!! finished it in one day
