Still amazing.

This was just as good, if not better, the 2nd time around. Rebecca Lowman was MADE to read Rainbow Rowell's words. They are brilliant together.

Wow! This book blew my mind, and the ending left me so frustrated! I chose to read this book because it was recently banned in a large school district in my state. Right off the bat I could see how parents would be upset (the language in this book is quite intense), but I can also see how powerful this story is and how students could relate to it. I think this book was emotionally very hard to read, but I think this is not a book to censor. It is a book to celebrate!

Heart-wrenching. Yet so true, real, and hopeful, that I had faith that love would prevail. Anoka-Hennepin, thank you for bringing this book to my attention, although I wish you weren't so nasty about it. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet Eleanor and Park - I'm a better human because of them.

I could see these characters so clearly! I loved them.
