”He’s right: we belong. In a way I don’t understand, he’s mine, and I’m his.”
Third times a charm. This is, BY FAR, Emily Henry’s best book. It was so good that it’s making me want to go and reread pwmov and beach read, even though they weren’t my favourite, because maybe just maybe they will be better the second time around. By this rate, her next book will be 5⭐️’s.

after giving me time to think of a way to put so many emotions to paper, i got to a point where i just physically cannot express how good this book is. emily henry is amazing. I loved the characters, specially Nora who I connected with in so many ways. crying over the fact I will never experience love like this. I want someone who will fangirl with me about books. I feel completely empty now. phenomenal job emily henry, you ate, delivered and left me speechless.

✨ “That’s life. You’re always making decisions, taking paths that lead you away from the rest before you can see where they end. Maybe that’s why we as a species love stories so much. All those chances for do-overs, opportunities to live the lives we’ll never have.” ✨

It feels strange giving a romance book 5 stars; generally they are predictable, basic (albeit in the best way, but basic nonetheless) and are usually just good. Nothing special. I like reading them in the moment, I get giddy with the romance, but there's a factor that prevents the story from truly being a great book. "Book Lovers" did not have this problem. I have literally no criticism; this review is going to be boring because I only have good things to say.

I personally didn’t expect this kind of ending. I was sure they would end up in a long distance relationship, so when we saw what the Libby’s surprise was, I felt like on the verge of tears (happy tears). I loved the plot and the characters, especially the flirtatious bickering and the Bigfoots erotica💀💀 now that seemed pretty original.

“Of course I love you, Nora. If I love you any less, I’d be trying to convince you that you could be happy here. You have no idea how badly I wish I could be enough.”
“If anyone could be enough, I think it might be you.”

3.5 stars This is not what I expected at all. I expected some corny, adult fiction, romance when in reality this is a family bonding, right person wrong time, finding yourself book. Normally I wouldn’t drift to those type of books but Emily Henry has a reputation and I decided to ...more

EMILY HENRY IS MY SAVIOUR. I'm honestly not even slightly joking, this woman never misses and I am indebted to her for my happiness always. When she announced that she was bringing out Book Lovers I think I did in fact squeal like an overstimulated child in a sweet shop I'm not going to lie. I preordered the book from Waterstones and managed to get myself a signed copy, which I nearly cried at in itself. I read this book in a worldwind 24 hours and I honestly couldn't put it down. She has this w

i love emily henry so i loved this book. charlie mf’ing lastra no man will ever compare to you. if there is one author that never fails to raise my standards for men it is emily henry. alex nilsen, augustus everrett, and now charlie lastra are the blueprint. now that i have raved about charlie let’s talk about the actual book. i loved the story it reminded me of a hallmark original romcom and i am a sucker for those movies. i thought nora was a great female main character. i wouldn’t say this wa
