I haven’t read any other books by Emily Henry yet so I didn’t know what to expect out of this book. I was really on the fence about this book at first. I know there had been so much hype about it, and now that i’ve finished it I can see why. The first half was a little slow for me, where Charlie and Nora were still getting acquainted and figuring things out, but by the time I got to the second half of this book I. could. not. put. it. down. holy cow. This book definitely exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved the buildup between the characters, their mutual love for books (shoutout to the book title), the quotes, the banter, and the self-reflection throughout the way. Highly recommend for romance readers, especially those looking for a misunderstood, independent female main character :)

TRULY LOVELY
I have fallen in love with the way she writes, with every single characters, with the plot!
I truly recommend the book.
I relate myself with the two main characters, with their experience in life and how it makes you see things in reality with work and their families.
It is a book that has everything and I’m glad I have dedicated myself to read it! Hope you enjoye it as much as I have

this book really was made for book lovers with all the cliches along with oldest daughters/sisters. the opening was ‘mwah’ so captivating. and ahhhhhhhh i love charlie so much

charlie lastra is officially my top emily henry boyfriend😩 he’s perfect

i loved nora and her commitment to everything so much

the sister/sibling relationship in this book 😭😭 omg
hit so close to him in the best way possible.
