NEWFAVOURITEBOOKEVER!!! my theory for the killer was wrong (as expected when I usually avoid crime-mystery-thrillers like the plague) but I’m sure glad it was because the actual twists genuinely caught me out! I do not have a crime-solving bone in my body so that wouldn’t have been very hard to achieve regardless of the author, but kudos to holly jackson anyway! she did a good job and has now inspired me to watch/ listen to true crime stories (AS IF that’s ever going to help improve my crime/mys ...more

wow. this book brought me right out of a reading slump because it was just so amazingly fast-paced and action packed. I love the slight romance this book includes and how EVERYTHING came together at the end. it takes a lot for me to give a book 5 stars and this book did just that. wow. just wow!
