reading this book was like a breath of fresh air, i felt like it’s missing a bit of character development but still soooo cute and fun to read
edit : i think i initially loved it more because I was listening to this love tv throughout😣. still the best one of the trilogy tho

I love Jenny Han, but this definitely isn't her best work. I was obsessed with these books when I was younger, don't get me wrong, so this got a point for the nostalgia, but rereading them now, I can definitely see a lot more issues.
Belly is one of the most annoying main characters. She is so incredibly self-centred, even at the end of the book when we find out about (view spoiler), she makes it all about her feelings.

So I am guilty of watching the series before reading the book but I loved both them equally. The show had so much drama and the book provided background for the drama. The book was a quick read for (considering I’m quite a slow reader) which was quite nice for a change. The writing was amazing and so descriptive. Fue una lectura ligera pero a mi parecer fue algo aburrida. En lo personal, no sentí química entre Conrad y Belly, o sea, no entiendo en qué momento fue que Conrad se enamoró de Belly porque nunca percibí esa vibra entre ellos. Las partes de la relación entre Belly y Cam me dieron igual.
