The 2023 Mental Health and the Driftless Region Regional Read was What Happened To You? Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing. Our book club participated by reading and discussing the book, and everyone thought it was an incredible though-provoking book and wanted to share it with others.

The whole group thought it encouraged and showcased empathy as the title and goal of the book is to get folks to stop in thinking in phrases of "What's wrong with you?" to instead shifting to "What h ...more
