I just knew that I would be giving this book a 5 star rating since the very first chapter.

I loved all of it! When it came to small town romance stories, I always thought of the “city girlfriend” as a selfish snob and I never wondered what happened next to her. But it book definitely changed my perspective on that.

i’m not going to lie, this book took me quite a while to like, but once i did i’ve never gone back! nora is a freaking girlboss, and the person i aspire to be, and charlie is just so hot i can’t even. anyways this book was incredible and i loved the ending, it was so different in the best way possible and proof that sometimes it’s ok to prioritise yourself <3

This made me miss New York City and North Carolina all in one 😭😭😭 very cute story, charlie and nora are made for one another in a very beautiful, puzzle piece way :,) I loved this one. I feel personally connected to it because I’ve been to both the small mountain towns in NC and the big city that will swallow you up whole. Loved it.
