Shelves: never-read-again, pretentious-crap, what-dafuq

If a bag of sh1t, a ream of paper, and a John Hughes movie all did tequila shots at the Double Down Saloon* and then had a really nasty threesome, then the horrifying offspring of that event would be this nightmare of a book.

Seriously, I just do not understand how people like this book and wax nostalgic about it. Don't tell me I can't appreciate it because I did not read it as a child. I have reread many of the books that carried me through grade school and love them still.
