murder is sexy
I gave it half a star, but was being generous for putting it a full star. I absolutely HATED this book. The characters were so despicable, and their actions horrified and made me so angry. I wanted to strangle almost all of the characters. The only one I even slightly liked was Basil.
Mmmmhhh is all I want to say right now, I did really enjoy some parts of it and i slyly love the philosophical/paradoxical parts but I just kind of felt there wasn't enough. . . and by this I mean I think we should have seen more of his sin and the ending didn't really make any kind of point it just fell a little flat (talking th general last section: james vane ect not the actual last page which I loved!!)
So in all, I would recommend reading it although I'm not sure if I will ever re-read. ...more
