This is just about a perfect book.

And why, you may ask?

I like resolution. No "holes", if you will (ba dum tsss!). This book is funny, heartbreaking, frightening, and beautiful at the same time and best of all, everything is resolved. No unanswered questions.

I was surprised that this kind of material came from the wonderful Mr. Sachar. Elementary school was made better by Sideways Stories from Wayside School and Sixth Grade Secrets and his other little gems. This book was written long after I was
