Yet another monster who felt perfectly justified in killing people because he couldn't get a girl.

Seriously, males of the world, this needs to stop being a thing. If Frankenstein's monster had been female, she would have set up that cottage really nice for herself, and just got on with the business of surviving. I found myself terribly bored trying to plough my way through this modern classic.. Sentiments are repeated so often that there is no suspense or excitement in any of the characters moods or thoughts or even conversations! Even the action is pretty inactive.. This book was not aliiiive!!
