Holy creepy ghosts batman!!!! What a wild and crazy story!!!!! The only reason it took me longer to read this book is due to cold medicine knocking me out. Otherwise I seriously would have stayed up all night to read this. Loved this book!!!! I almost didn't pick up this book because of the description of it being a ghost story. Pick it up!!!! This is a good creepy. Loved it!!!! And will definitely check out the author's other books!!!!!! ...more

I don’t often read ghost stories, the haunted tend to haunt me outside of the book; but I highly recommend this one. The tension builds as the story comes out, and it will have you on the edge of your seat. Smoothly plotted and written in an engaging, alternate point of view style, well narrated by Brittany Pressley and Kirsten Potter.

I very much enjoyed this book. Not normally the kind that I read. It is eerie, intense, creepy and kept me entertained from the beginning to the end. I will say the I enjoyed the second half more. Hold on tight because this book will take you for a thrilling ride.

OK, so not a piece of great literature but as page-turning escapism, I found it pretty great. I normally avoid stories about the paranormal like the plague but this one worked for me, probably because it was more Nancy Drew than Stephen King.

Some of the story was pretty predictable, some of the mystery easy to guess and some of it seemed a bit ridiculous. The supernatural, though, felt very real. But none of the flaws diminished the fun and suspense for me of two amateur sleuths, one in the 1980 ...more
