3.5 stars, rounded down for being too formulaic. I did enjoy this holiday rom-com and learning about the back-stories of the three MC's in the book club who book a holiday stay at this picture-perfect Vermont inn. There's also a super cute & rather precocious kiddo. But the way it all came together was just a lil bit predictable & all wrapped up with a bow for my personal taste, especially after all the angst in the beginning. Soooo good. Not my usual type of Xmas read. I'm a murder gal, but this was perfection. Yes, there was some absolute predictability in the neatness of closure for everyone, but it's Christmas in a snowy magical Inn... Time to believe a little....

Was it really predictable? Yes, yes it was. Did it still make for a cozy Christmas family delight? 100% Really enjoyed this cozy warm hug of a book.
