Shelves: fiction, mystery, romance, psychological-thriller, uno-2022

This was outside of the other novels I've read by Colleen Hoover. It still had a few twists and turns like her other books, but this was hot with a capital "H". Sometimes it was overdone and I rolled my eyes more than once, but the story was good and certainly a page turner. ...more

Forget her romance stuff

I have never read her before because I don’t normally read romance. This cover and intro made me grab this book. This is horror, suspense and craziness in one book! This is the best book I have read in a long while. I did NOT put it down. Twists and turns throughout. Love it! Read it and make this her new writing niche.

Good read readers have done it again. Rated a terrible book 5 stars and just can't see when they are being manipulated. Don't you see the difference between beautiful, subtle phrasing that can leave you in tears and emotionally manipulative writing that is intended to make you cry or make you scared or ...well, its just too bad you don't appreciate good writing and accept mediocre or bad writing. Last time I trust 5 stars on Good reads. Happened with the Nightingale. People swoon over this histo ...more
